Last night was the opening night for "The Greatest Show on Earth". We went down to the CNN Center early and met up with the Minichowskis for dinner. If you get there early, you can take your kids down to floor to see the clowns, acrobats, animals, and to try on costumes. This year was a true 3 ring circus complete with Bello the famous clown, and let me tell you...he was awesome. We topped the night off with HOT Krispy Kreme donuts.
Waiting in line to get in...Reagan and Riley occupied their time by playing "rock, paper, scissors".

Cooper and Sophie occupied their time by just being crazy.

Reagan, Mason, Cooper, Riley, and Sophie watching the clowns.

Little Ivy slept through all the noise.

The Chinese contortionists. I could so do that!

I think I have as much if not more fun than my girls.

At one point, giant "cannons" of confetti exploded all around the arena. It was beautiful.

Sophie with a clown before the show.

The kids with "Crusty the Clown". Just kidding. They were all wonderful. Not scary at all. Any of you have clown fear?

Joe, Sharon, and Ivy.

How fun and exciting. We look forward to taking the boys in a few years.
I LOVE the circus too!!
That was Mandy, by the way, not Charlotte (I'm just at her house using her computer!)
How much fun!!! It looks like you guys had a blast. It was nice to see Sharon's kids as well. Everyone is getting so big!!! To do videos isn't tough. It's just like loading pictures except you click on the filmstrip, then browse and pick the video you've saved on your computer. You have to name it and then click in the "accept the terms" box then it loads. It takes longer then pictures so you have to be patient. I can't wait to see some home movies!!!
Looks like a fun night! How neat they get to try on the costumes - every kid's dream!
Such fun. We were going to take Brodie on Saturday. I procrastinated and never bought the tickets. Thank goodness I didn't, because I ended up coming down sick and would have missed out anyhow. We'll have to catch it next year! The pictures look fun.
Wow! It looks like you guys had a blast! I think I would love it too! I also admire your Martha Stewart valentines! Way to go!
I can't wait! We go Saturday & I haven't been since I was a little girl. I'll have to get the scoop from you about going early. See you tonight! :)
How fun! I was just saying to Eric that we need to take the kids to the circus. Glad you guys had such a great time!
