I want to share some info with you moms out there. A friend turned me on to Vicki Courtney, a Christian author who focuses on raising Godly children and living virtuously. She has written several books, admittedly none of which I have read just yet; however, from reading the information on her website and visiting her blog, I am very excited to dive into one of her books. The one I have my eye on is "Your Girl: Raising a Godly Daughter in an Ungodly World" http://www.vickicourtney.com/press_yourgirl.htm . There is also a counterpart, "Your Boy: Raising a Godly Son in an Ungodly World". If her books share any of the warmth and humor that her blog posts have, I'm sure that it will be a good read. Thanks for the info, you'll have to let us know what you think about her book. Also, that is so cool about Sophie's gymnastic competition! Good for her, I am sure you were nervous for her as well. I know that I would be. I get nervous whenever my kids are doing something they really want to do good at! Gooo Sophie!
